Test / demo examples in the IGWN pool

I'd encourage documentation to refer to the IGWN pool first as a default mode and local LDG pools as an alternative.

To that end, I'm testing examples, starting with a large scale sim-inspiral run, in the IGWN pool.

This ticket will document issues/fixes/tasks associated with running examples in the IGWN pool.
