Prior Inputs

For compatibility with Asimov's prior mechanisms and for general use cases, it may be better to be able to specify the priors directly in the INI file rather than via a separate prior file.

This should be implemented via a section in the Gravelamps INI and would affect the gravelamps.core.file_handling.create_bilby_pipe_config function.
