The comments include removing the print statements which are not necessary and checking why [this line](https://git.ligo.org/nv.krishnendu/lalsuite/blob/Ks_21March2019/lalinference/src/LALInferenceInitCBC.c#L1432) is showing up in the commit.
* Krishnendu: Do zero likelihood runs for all the four parameters for a particular case with the latest commit.
* Krishnendu: Send an email to everyone detailing the definition of the spin-dependent upper cut-off frequency.
