**Comments**: For equal mass binaries, systems with both spins anti-aligned wrt the orbital angular momentum, are better for constraining the parameter space of \delta\kappa_s <0,whilesystemswithbothspinsalignedwiththeorbitalangularmoment,arebetterforconstrainingtheparameterspacefor\delta\kappa_s> 0. For highly unequal mass binaries, the spin on the primary compact becomes significant in determining chi_eff, and depending on its orientation wrt \vec{L} determines the constraints on the parameter space.
