Integrate test runs into CI/CD

We need to add some quick test runs to the CI/CD pipeline. These do not need to produce end-to-end PE, rather they should generate a stripped-down run (e.g., one ILE job, one AMR refinement job) for several different configurations (e.g., RapidPE vs RIFT ILE, each supported coordinate system).
