Pick back up the "uber test suite"

Nominally, the test suite is capable of running with a datasource superevents as opposed to ingesting event messages from a particular pipeline. But we haven't done this in a while, so someone should pick it back up and launch a DAG with this configuration to determine:

• if it still works
• in what ways can it be improved?

It would be great to advertise a dashboard that shows our overall collaboration results (rather than results on a per pipeline basis) and maintain this throughout O4b.
