# Executive Summary
This review certifies that the updated implementation functions as expected (i.e., can reproduce previous results) and that the underlying calculation is sound. These changes allow for marginalization over joint uncertainty in the population and the EoS and provide tools to combine separate sets of samples from population models and EoS distributions into samples from the joint (but separable) distributions as needed.
