The RandomForest implementation of em-bright (hasNS, hasRemnant) with a new labeling scheme passes expected
performance criteria on both testing set and on the current ongoing MDC. The code integration on ligo.em-bright was also checked through a merge request. The request for changes in the code made by the reviewers were all addressed by the reviewee. Any further changes and additional comments will be done via. git issues in future.
