### Migrating files

Review was performed in this repository and not `bilby_tgr`. Some functions had to be renamed to conform to the standards agreed to for `bilby_tgr`. As the result, files in there are not exact copies of the reviewed files. The diff files for the changes can be found [here](https://git.ligo.org/tomasz.baka/liv-automation/-/tree/main/review/diff_files). (Note that the `bilby_tgr` version was verified to still perform PE even with name changes caused by the migration process).
