TriggerPlot: Adjust the vertical scale for Htime plot

Time (or rate) histograms are plotted as is. When several collections are plotted simultaneously, the vertical scale is given by the first histogram.

  • rescale the plot after all histograms have been plotted
  • need to generalize this for all histograms?
