Have a LOUDEST MISSEDINJ option

Add the option to plot the loudest missed injections, whose inputs would be: nb of injections to plot, max injection amplitude

LOUDEST MISSED INJ 5 6 would plot the 5 loudest (in ranking statistic) missed injections that have an injection amplitude lower than 6

This would be extremely useful for development purpose and checking that a result production was properly done

a quick patch would be to add the times of the window analysis in the missed_injection.txt, because for now we cannot reproduce the exact spectrogram of the injections, only a omicron-x-event centered on the injection time
