omicron-diff

Ciao @florent-robinet , It would be great to have an |omicron-diff| functionality, that is something that would compare the trigger lists from two different channels. This is not urgent (I'm opening the issue now for the record) but having that for O4 would be an asset I think. I am starting the discussion now to see how one could proceed. If there is enough interest,

• we should decide whether that tool should be within the omicron package or outside of it.
• The next question would be to choose between an 'unbinned' tool -- that would compare glitches one by one -- and a 'binned' tool -- that would substract two maps of triggers.
• etc. I'm adding @didier-verkindt to the discussion as I think he is working on comparing the h(t) glitches before / after noise subtraction.
