Allowing better display for injection plot 's frequency

Adrien Paquis requested to merge adrien.paquis/Omicron:inj_frequency_plot_display into master

The issue was that for injection with a fixed frequency, max/min = 1 would lead to a log(1) = 0 as a frequency bandwith for the plot which does not display

Fixed by adding 1.1 multiplier
