Option "TARGET SNRMIN (...)" seems ignored

Ciao Florent,

I'm testing the latest UPV version. My parameters file includes

(...) // SNR threshold applied to target triggers TARGET SNRMIN 7 (...)

but I see in the logfile

(...) Triggers::Clusterize: cluster 1833576 triggers...

delta_t = 0.10000 size min = 0 SNR threshold = 0.00000 Triggers::Clusterize: 11602 clusters were found (...)

Could you have a look?

In that logfile I also see warning messages:

UPV::GetParameters: warning: no VETO/PERFPRINT value, use default =1/0

UPV::GetParameters: warning: no TARGET/FREQUENCYMIN value, use default =-1.0 UPV::GetParameters: warning: no TARGET/FREQUENCYMAX value, use default =1e20

Are these relevant for the DQR?

[If you could scan the parameters file and let me if anything is outdated/uncorrect/useless now/etc. that would be great.]
