Documentation should say which modes are included by default.

Looking at https://git.ligo.org/waveforms/software/pyseobnr/-/blob/main/pyseobnr/generate_waveform.py?ref_type=heads#L174 image

One would think None would lead to all modes being turned on, but that's not the case. Only ell<=4 modes get turned on.
