Put index attributes in reweighted event sample and reweighted injection data sets

In the reweighted event samples and reweighted injections, need a mapping to the specific hyperparameter sample numbers and event sample numbers used in these "catalogs" to map to the hyperparameter, injection arrays. e.g. https://git.ligo.org/zoheyr-doctor/popsummary/-/blob/v0.0.1_review/popsummary/popresult.py#L252
