gstlal-calibration config updates for production

This config change should be implemented when the production DMTs (l1dmt1 and l1dmt2) are updated to gstlal-calibration-1.5.8. At the time of writing, the Pcal amplitude channel gating for the TDCFs is turned off in these configs.
