issue affecting IFO command infrastructure and/or command line interface

This label is for issues encountered while using pyDARM in the control room (or LDAS) setting that do _not_ require changes to the pyDARM code base. Instead, these issues must be addressed in the control room and should pertain to the librarianship or usage of pyDARM reports, calibration measurements, or associated files. E.g. there is a missing file in some reports that needs to be retroactively generated to facilitate processing.
