Add method for writing EPICS to front end model and include ezca package

Create a method to push EPICS records to front end model, also include ezca package.

Unify output of compute_epics_records to be same as result saved in .txt file.

old one aligocalibration/trunk/Common/pyDARM/src/computeDARM.py
