Removed unused mystery code from FIRtools

Evan Goetz requested to merge evan-goetz/pydarm:remove-factorials into master

I'm not sure why this code exists, but it seems to have been added by @miftahul.maarif. It doesn't seem to be used anywhere in pyDARM. Unless it is used for something (in which case it should be in a function or method), we can just remove this.
