Add calibration line example to H1_20190416.ini

This adds the example frequencies needed for using calcs.compute_epics_records() to the example model file.

Note that we will need to restructure this somewhat because now we have lines listed in three different sections: calcs, fir, and also in H1_20190416_uncertainty.ini sections. I will open an issue about this
