Set the CI artifacts to expire in 3 days

This setting actually only applies to artifacts not in the most recent CI build since the pyDARM gitlab setting is to keep the most recent successful build. See https://docs.gitlab.com/15.7/ee/ci/pipelines/job_artifacts.html#when-job-artifacts-are-deleted

This should reduce the size of the project storage
