Remove unsused "old school" sensepars method

Evan Goetz requested to merge evan-goetz/pydarm:remove-oldschool-pars into master

This was untested and unsupported in the new pyDARM and was meant to serve as a backwards compatible interface. However, finding the cycles to develop and support this has been difficult, so we have instead decided (at least for now) to remove this unused/untested code
