change IFO str from LHO/LLO to H1/L1 to be consistent with other configs

LING SUN requested to merge fix-unc-plot-color into master

This is a simple fix. Since the model/output file names used in uncertainty calculation always use H1/L1, the str in the plotting function needs to be updated so the right color can be set.
