Darm unit tests

This adds DARMModel unit tests, except for the EPICS records method (compute_epics_records). There is an issue that the precision on the remote gitlab CI device is different than my local computer. It's not clear what the issue is; either hardware or different module versions. I leave in the print out of digital filter values. The failure happens especially at in the middle of a bandstop filter near violin resonances.
