move to dttxml (from dtt2hdf) for dtt XML file loading

dtt2hdf is deprecated and has been replaced by dttxml. dttxml has fixed the issue in dtt2hdf that required post facto conjugation of loaded transfer functions, so this fixes that issue as well.
