Added pydarm_example.ipynb

This adds the demo ipython notebook I used a couple weeks ago on a calibration telecon giving an overview of pyDARM. We had discussed adding this notebook to the examples, so this merge request does just that, and the file is indeed nicely viewable on gitlab
