MCMC whittle likelihood

Ethan Payne requested to merge ethan.payne/pydarm:mcmc_whittle_likelihood into master

As discussed during the sprint, technically the likelihood used in the MCMC needs to be the Whittle likelihood - it barely changes the result 🙂. This has been fixed.
