Improve the documentation for installing pyDARM

Evan Goetz requested to merge evan-goetz/pydarm:install into master

The installation is a little out of date, and non-experts were having trouble getting started, so I've added some additional details including a default environment for people to install a new pyDARM environment on their local computer.
