- Are the O3a samples including o3a-final PE? There were 4 O3a final events we included in the GWTC-3 analysis that were not in GWTC-2
- The O3b samples are pulling all the catalog PE, which is agnostic to FAR. Either the ignore list should list the catalog events that don't make the FAR threshold or the O3B_EVENTS flag should only list the O3b events that make the 1/yr FAR threshold. Unfortunately the PE files we release do not have FARs listed so it can't be parsed directly from the files. These events from O3b that make the FAR threshold are

- I think the pulling events from zenodo is going to give the PE files names like IGWN-GWTC3p0-v1-GW${EVENT}_PEDataRelease_mixed_nocosmo.h5, whereas GWPopulation_pipe expects {supereventID}.h5. This may be a nontrivial change to implement without some dictionary that can map GW names to superevent names, and can get confusing especially in the cases where there are multiple superevent labels for a single day so it is not immediately obvious which GW* goes with which S*.
"Setup the configuration file"
- Ignore list may need to be updated, depending on how PE downloading is handled with respect to FAR thresholds
- 200105, 200115 should be S200105ae, S200115j
- Preferred event labels won't pull the same waveforms we used in the paper, as we used mixed samples. Suggest changing to
[PrecessingSpinIMRHM, Overall, C01:Mixed]
for consistency
