Ability to work with semianalytic injections

The semianalytic injections require thresholding on the SNR rather than the FAR, and I think that the best SNR to threshold on is the phase maximized SNR. This MR adds the ability to threshold on this if this field is present.

Also there are weights that should be applied for the single-detector injection file, so this includes this weight by modifying the prior value from the injections.
