Various Refactorings - Runs Launching (and failing)

  • Removed obvious stuff (megasky, some older stuff).
  • Will clean up some of my comments as I go back through.
  • Modularized a repeated blocks of code; more can be done easily in that vein.
  • Refactored BayesWave config generation into a family of classes for readability, and generalizability for the pipeline.
  • Hung up in several places on different things (onsource_reconstruction: confused about request_disk, even though opt. is present in it's least favorite sub files; residuals (onsource_residuals): a (dependency-looking) bug I'll throw in an issue).
  • But, stuff seem's like it's starting to shape up for some runs. Will share the tutorial directory.
