IWC Pipe overhaul

Meg Millhouse requested to merge bayeswave-pipe-dependence into master

Modified iwc-pipe so that it actually calls bayeswave_pipe (from current BW repository) instead of copying and pasting BW pipe functions. Currently only implemented for the reconstructions analysis. An update for the residuals part is in progress. Some other general clean up of the code.
