XML I/O & Other Updates (see Description)

  • I/O for XML working on test BW runs. Folded SimInspiralIO class into pipeline and package. Migrate sample parsing to posterior file.
  • Put iwc_config/PE config parsing for iwc_pipe into the config module. Much (pretty simple) distillation to be done for that. Still need test O4 Bilby config reading.
  • Beginning of simulated offsource job generation. will get to that once BW runs work.
  • Troubleshooting BW launches still in progress. Try to add MB and KB to IWC sub files. If this works for BW troubleshooting of onsource_recon/onsource_residuals, will have to edit BW pipe.
  • Working on beginning of retooling igwn_wave_compare package scripts (mainly waveform.py and posterior.py) as well as IWC analysis scripts (waveform consistency and residuals) for O4.
