Many Changes, Much Improved Functionality

  • Parses O3b and O4a-era Bilby pesummary files. Working on distinct PE inputs for distinct signal types, MDC's, and other use-cases (samples, config, PSD's), and RIFT.
  • Working simulated offsource injections (seed: [1, 10000]) and distinct multithreading for each analysis type.
  • Residuals.py: worked before many other changes; will test again.
  • TestGR.py: Bayes factor stuff commented; leaving only SNR_GR/SNR_res (signalOnly) residuals analysis.
  • Waveform.py smoothed over; needs finishing.
  • XML I/O rewritten as a package to support standalone usage (for whatever work) and usage throughout IWC.
  • Docs/tutorials/cleanup incoming in the next few weeks.
  • Also: Started CI/CD stuff; exploring how to implement this here.
