Start of the Auto generated doc website

This fixes some imports and sub module errors and starts to auto built documentation website with readthedocs

Once this MR is merged -- a readthedocs build of the bare-bones website will be triggered and published at https://gwinferno.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.
