Docstrings

Bruce Edelman requested to merge docstrings into main

Start of adding docstrings. I chose the default formatting of the handy AutoDocString VSCode extension.

I have only done gwinferno/analysis.py, gwinferno/conversions.py, and gwinferno/distributions.py so far, so please feel free to add docstrings of the same format to any functions you see without one and any new functions you may add.
