Adding a 'compression' layer to the zmq transport. Fixing misc bits. 

Compress the zmq stream by removing unneeded dcu headers and TP table
entries.

Fix some issues with data/TP layout in misc programs.

Renamed the daq_multi_cycle_... dataBlockSize to make it different
than the dcu_message_header_t dataBlockSize field.
