The NOISE.pm part still uses rdtscl() macro, which is no longer in linux msr.h. · c0108275

I reenabled def for this macro in src/include/inlineMath.h.
The only model that seems to use this is ASC, which would not compile without
this change.

Bits FZ (flush underflows to zero) and DOZ (denorms are zeros) are set to
avoid runaway code on float/double denorms (really small numbers).
