Bug fix: Filter module initialization code was still using local memory instead of shared memory. This resulted
in nan at excite inputs and all filters on when code started. Note that this fault only detected
when test version of membuf used to set all shared memory to errant values to see if code initialized
shared memory correctly.

Continued work on synch acquisition of EPICS channels. Fix to memcpy of ints: code continued to do 2
mem copies even though a model may not contain any integer epics values of its own.

DAQ buffer for EPICS 16Hz synch operation. Memory holes occur whenever there are odd number
of integer value entries in the EPICS data structure.

- Variable name cleanup - diags[15] array divided up into readable names.

Bug fix - bug number 477. Auto-generated DAC Monitor screens not properly generated when both 16bit and 18bit DAC cards in a model. Cause was that supporting MEDM generation perl modules were not used correct DAC number index to write screen files, causing generation of 16bit and 18bit screens by the same name.

This removes the need to call code in epicsXfer.c to move this data to/from local memory space,
which had to be spread out across code cycles.
Initial testing shows no degradation in performance, actually some overall improvement in cycle
time stability. Regression testing of filter modules was performed on LHO DAQ test system.
