Change to requesting X11_X11_LIB specifically (libX11.so).  This keeps libXext, ... from being imported into the dv build (other than being pulled in implicitly by libXm.so).

Removed nsl bz2 z from the nds binary.
Removed Xpm from dv.

Casting where needed.
Adding forward declarations.
Adding missing includes.
Const/Volatile corrections.
Adding missing return types.

* Moving a size and data type information from daq/channels.h to
include/daq_data_types.h.
* Extending standalone_edc to use DBR_TIME* to look for late data.
* Updating the stream generators to handle more data types.

Fix a segfault in dataviewer that happens with the LIGONDSIP variable
is not set. The updated script prints an error message and aborts.

If development files for libXpm or libXt are not installed the cmake
process would crash. The detection variables are not defined at all
if they are not found.

Rework the tests, such that it works as it should, the cmake finishes
and dataviewer is not built if dependencies are not found.
