The producer has been split out for zmq, but still does mx. CMake
changes to help with builds of multiple daqds.

Incorporating run number support into daqd. · 17fa22bc

Add the following to the daqdrc:

update configuration number "tcp://hostname:port"

The address references the zmq req socket that the run number
server is running on.

This is to give us integration with modern tooling, out of tree builds, and easier packaging.

This is not yet ready for production.
