Changed input checking to use ccodeio.h in userapps/cds/common/src area instead of in RCG code area.
That way, as items are  added, the RCG SVN number does not change.

Fixed the I/O connection checker to just print out a warning if it cannot parse a user C code function or find it in the ccodeio.h file to verify I/O connections.

Bug fix: If DIVIDE has more than 2 inputs, RCG would not recognize this and therefore produce a bad output to the C file.

Filter banks now show their state in the unmon and uninit chans table and the correct values are used when accepting filter banks from these views.

Fixes to the filter module display.  SW1S was used twice instead of using both SW1S and SW2S to calculate the filter bits enabled.  Fixed a size mismatch DBR_LONG is a 32 bit int, and unsigned long is 64 bit on our 64 bit gentoo.

Close #889 (individual filter module monitoring) #981 (Beckhoff/CA SDF not seeing updates to ENUM channels).

Adjusted the UI to better integrate individual monitoring of filters in a filter bank.  Moved the filter monitor button on top of the regular monitor button (visible when the current line is a filter bank).  Integrated changes to filter monitoring in with the change count for revert,accept,monitor of regular channels.

Found and fixed an issue where only the first data point received on an ENUM channel was being read.  After classification as number/string it was not fully converted to a string/numeric SDF type and was ignored.

Bug fix.  The xterm command for filter coeff file diffs needed to be sent to background. Otherwise, MEDM updates stop until xterm is closed.

	- Moved Matlab parts out of feCodeGen.pl and created their own library parts.
	- Added checkInputConnect function to all library parts to detect lack of
	  model part connections before entering part linking in feCodeGen. A list
	  of parts which do not have proper connections are listed in 
	  a modelname_partConnectErrors.log in the rtbuild area.
	- Updated Function part checking for proper number of input/output connections.
	- The diags2.txt file, which contains a list of all parts and connections, is no
	  longer written at compile time. Instead, a modelname_partConnectionList.txt is
	  produced in the rtbuild area.
