	- Measure time between ADC ready cycles.
	- Print info to /proc/modelname/status
	- Mark ADC bit in stateword if timing bad.
Change to DAC FIFO checking:
	- FIFO must indicate error for two consecutive checks
	  before shutting down DAC outputs. On occasion, have
	  seen DAC fault clear on next check, perhaps had just
	  one bad diag read.

Bug Fix (595): FiltCntrl2 part will compile with random inputs if not all inputs connected in the model.
Fix is to verify all 5 inputs are connected or throw a compile error (example below) if not.

***ERROR: FiltCtrl2 with name TIM16_T3_ADC_FILTER_18 has missing inputs
Requires 5; Only 1 provided:  Please ground any unused inputs

This bug fix also applied to Branch-2.8 (SVN 3642).
