RCG: Some calcs still out order in 4.2.6~dev3

for example, in x2isietmx, the following errors are reported. Verified by checking C code.

ETMX_ST1_WD_T240_PH1 (3436) calculated before ETMX_ST1_WD_T240_Choice1 (3454)
ETMX_ST1_WD_ST1_FLAG_GEN_Sum4 (3488) calculated before ETMX_ST1_WD_ST1_FLAG_GEN_LogicalOperator1 (3493)
