Sequencer issues

The 5.0 sequencer has issues.

cannot select the table view (table selection)
cannot select a wildcard pattern (show all/substring)
empty fec.snap (is this an issue)?

Also, it looks like entries are not being applied.

As an example H1:ISI-ETMY_ST2_CART2ACT_2_1 is set in the snap file to be

H1:ISI-ETMY_ST2_CART2ACT_2_1 1 -6.666700000000000e-01 1

but is found to be 0.0 at runtime with no settings diff.

There are no useful logs.
