Erik von Reis requested to merge erik.vonreis/advligorts:installWorld into master

Adds installWorld command to rtcds.

Right now there is no straightforward way to install all models. Since rtcds constructs the environment needed to install, this is the most straightforward way to add installWorld.

Just runs make installWorld.
