Expand fe_simulated_streams functionality

  • updated mbuf_probe so that the analyze function will show config crc's as well on rmpicstr dumps.
  • A more organized http api
  • The ability to request simulated models to mutate their channel list.
    • Updates the ini files and master file on the fly.
  • Bug fixes with the individual model output to ensure the config crc is set.

This is work to flesh out the fe_simulated_streams program to where it needs to go to help improve testing.
