RCG: Clean html tags out of #DAQ Channel annotations.

HTML tags have been polluting annotations meant to set #DAQ Channels. This change converts
tags to newlines and erases all other tags. Tested against the most common markup found currently in l1susauxb123.

Closes #320 (closed).
