RCG test: some improve tests. Autotest added.

RCG test: reverted oscillator test files back to those in master branch. They contain tighter references for when an oscillator part is newly started. Probably the references in this branch were taken on old oscillators.

Dackill tests need Dackill resets. These were added.

Systemd units and associated scripts for automated testing are added, including an install script. The automated test runs at midnight on x2ats, picking the most deserving tag or branch that's yet untested, testing one per night.

Contains everything form Rolf's uncommited branch.
